Make Sure Your E-mail DOES NOT Filter Us! From CS-NS.COM.
In order to provide more professional services to our CS-NS members, we just migrated our email system to our own web spaces. The member notification emails will come from our official email address chinese@CS-NS.COM.
Recently we received complains from our members that they are not able to receive the emails from “chinese@cs-ns.com“. We investigated this issue and found somehow the email service providers like HOTMAIL treats “chinese@cs-ns.com” as “untrusted” email address. So the email from “chinese@cs-ns.com” went into “JUNK mailbox”.
So we encourage our members to do two things:
1) Check your “Junk folder” to find out any email from “chinese@cs-ns.com“. Right click on this email and select “Mark as not junk”. Moving forward, it won’t go to junk folder again.
2) Open your email box setting/configuration, you will find similar screen like below (eg: OUTLOOK):
Select “Add Sender’s Domain (CS-NS.com) to Safe Senders List”, once added to the Safe Senders List your email box will need to be open and running for the rule known as “client-side rule” to be active.
Meantime, our technical staffs are working hard with our email provider and Microsoft support to address this issue on server side.

2）打开你的电子邮箱设置/配置，你会发现类似的屏幕如下（例如：OUTLOOK）：
选择“将发件人的域名（CS-NS.com）添加到安全发件人列表”，一旦添加到安全发件人列表，您的电子邮件框将需要打开并运行称为“客户端规则”的规则处于活动状态。
同时，我们的技术人员正在努力与我们的电子邮件提供商和Microsoft支持在服务器端解决这个问题。
